Application Procedure

 

Student Applications Due to State Chairman: January 1

The following documents must be attached to the application when submitted, single side pages only:

• 1. Financial Aid Form

• 2. Complete official academic transcripts

• 3. Letter from applicant, limit of one page only

• 4. List of extracurricular activities, honors, recognitions received within the last three years

• 5. Three letters of recommendation

• All application documents must be attached to the online application 

• Applications must be submitted online.  Please note Student Applications are due to State Chairman January 1

• When a student reapplies for a scholarship (whether the applicant is or is not a previous winner), a completely new and updated application must be submitted.
